  2.       The Quick Reply License for use and distribution

  5.       The Quick Reply is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:

  7.    1. All copyrights to Quick Reply are exclusively owned by ErstenWare.
  8.  
  9.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 15 days.
  10.       Following this test period of 15 days or less, if you wish
  11.       to continue to use Quick Reply, you MUST register.
  12.  
  13.    3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  14.       use Quick Reply on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, 
  15.       at a time.  The registered Quick Reply software may not be rented or 
  16.       leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving 
  17.       it agrees to terms of this license.  If the software is an update, 
  18.       the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  20.    4. The Quick Reply unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed,
  21.       with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is
  22.       not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
  23.       distribution of Quick Reply without written permission from the copyright
  24.       holder.  The Quick Reply unregistered trial version may not be bundled or
  25.       distributed with any other package without written permission of
  26.       the copyright holder.

  28.    5. QUICK REPLY IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  29.       KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  30.       ERSTENWARE. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS
  31.       OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR
  32.       MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  34.    6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  35.       decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  36.       licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  37.       provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall 
  38.       result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  39.       may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  41.       All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to ErstenWare.

  43.    7. Installing and using Quick Reply signifies acceptance of these terms
  44.       and conditions of the license.

  46.    8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  47.       Quick Reply files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
